The apartment is also equipped with one bedroom, a full bathroom as well as all the toiletries and amenities you would need. If you prefer cooking home dishes, the well-equipped kitchen will give you the freedom & equipment to do so. Apartment built in 2019 Please note, this property is a basement apartment.

Other Details to Note

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Please note the sofa bed will not be made upon arrival but all linens are provided. There is very affordable parking right next door at Goulden Street Car Park. Costs for this are as follows: £2.50 for Sundays/public holidays £4.50 for Saturdays £6.30 for weekdays. Please note, this property is a basement apartment.

This will set off an alarm for the whole building, a callout to an engineer will be required to turn this off. - Be respectful of neighbours at all times. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am

The Ancoats district was home to some of the largest mills in the city, but the area fell into disrepair after the slump of the cotton industry. Being an eclectic, inventive, and exciting foodscape all of its own, Ancoats will give you a truly unforgettable experience. Nearby the flat you can find Neapolitan pizzeria - "Rudy's" which was recently voted best pizza in the UK . You can check out local shops and markets such as Ancoats General Store which is on a 5 minute walk away on Blossom Street, the Arndale Centre and Market St which contains over 200 stores and is only on a 10 minute walk away. Mackie Mayor is also just around the corner and is great for food and drink!

The flat is situated a 2 minute walk away from the Northern Quarter, 12 minute walk from the Manchester Arena, less than a 15 minute walk to both Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Victoria train stations. Easy access to different parts of the city is also provided by the Metrolink system, with the nearest station being located at Shudehill, just a 7 minute from the property and connecting you to all major attractions around the city, including Old Trafford and Etihad Stadiums in just a few minutes.
